    To reach the SAND DOLLAR from freeways, take the Harbor Freeway 110 South. Exit "Vincent Thomas Bridge - Terminal Island - Harbor Blvd"
Take the exit towards Vincent Thomas Bridge, but DON'T cross the bridge! Exit the Harbor Blvd Exit, it's right before the bridge. If you're on the bridge, you just wasted ten minutes.
   Take the Harbor Blvd Exit, turn right at the stop signal, on Harbor Blvd.
   Go to 4th Stoplight, on the left will be the entrance to Ports O' Call Village.

Turn left into Ports O' Call and park in the area of Berth 77. (look for yellow sign in parking lot "Berth 77")Walk thru archway enterance and down the gangway to the SAND DOLLAR. The ship is to the left and just behind building "P-27" We are at Berth 77 C - Spirit Cruises

From LAX Airport: San Diego 405 Freeway South to the Harbor 110 Freeway South and follow directions above.

From Orange County: Santa Monica 405 North to the Harbor 110 Freeway South and follow directions above.

From East of Los Angeles: 91 Freeway West to the Harbor 110 Freeway South and then follow directions above

From Long Beach: Vincent Thomas Bridge (Going West on Ocean Blvd ) and exit at the Harbor Blvd Exit at the end of the bridge.

From Gaffey Ave in San Pedro, turn left (East) on 6th Street and go to Harbor Blvd and the entrance to the Ports O' Call Village.

Buying Tickets: Call 877-444-DIVE
Payment: Visa, MasterCard or Cash
Boarding: Arrive 45-50 min before departure, check-in with divemaster, show certification card w/log book and come fully prepared with all equipment. Please be neat and tidy on the ship. Make sure you have all your gear built and functioning before departure.
Cancellation Policy: 5 days before departure= 100% refund. Zero refund within the 5 days of date.
Transfers: Name changes are allowed with 48 hrs notice prior to departure.
Dive Sites: Sites are to be determined by "BEST CONDITIONS". Water visibility, tides, current, surge, swell and wind control site location.
Equipment: You are responsible for all your own equipment, personal items (be neat & tidy), and equipment operating properly. Rental Gear is avalable.

A boat that has a REAL schedule! - We do not print a list of all of our unscheduled days as "open boats"and hope to get enough divers to run a trip. We have trips !
A boat that is a REAL liveaboard - not a "wanna be" liveaboard. Look at the schedule of some that call themselves liveaboards. They have NO multi-day trips scheduled for 5 or 6 months. They want to be a Liveaboard, but certainly are not a liveaboard !
The Meals! We serve you the best we can - not some frozen burgers, or canned soup, and a bag of salad.
Air Conditioning and heating - you can be comfortable !

There is a reason that the Sand Dollar Dive Boat has such a busy schedule, with repeat business, and charter groups that have been returning year after year after year. When you look at a schedule full of "open boats" and unscheduled dates, the question should be "WHY ?" What is wrong with that picture ? Some claim such great knowledge and experience, or to be "specialists", but have no trips, just recently acquired the boat, or have a schedule full of "open boats". You can be sure of a great trip, if you are on a trip with the one that does it right, does it all the time, and really has scheduled trips, with repeat business. We are better.
